It can snow if is it a few degrees above freezing. I assume because the temperature up in the clouds is low enough.
Windows left wide open all nite, Radiators turned off tightly....nice 74.5 degrees in here yep! For real
what a silly city. more flurries of snow today! even now if you watch long enough, you'll see snow. it is 34 right now, feels like 24. so I guess that explains it 15 mph winds. the wind will get worse this week, there's a 70% chance of snow, and the low will be 16!

That's why I put it in quotes... You can lie and put it in quotes and nobody can say anything about it. It's the law.
Be careful what you wish for. The local weatherman just said the storm coming up sunday night into monday morning could possibly be measured in feet not inches Hotwater
It's midnight and 32 f. It's been raining/snowing steadily since 4pm, and it's supposed to keep it up till morning. Right now there's about 3 or 4 inches of slushie covering everything. If it gets any colder we're gonna be looking at one hell of a freeze. I just watched a tree fall down across the streeg, and I've heard a few fall around the neighborhood.
we're actually having some nice days this early in the supposedly still winter. this is scarry because i worry about the heat this coming summer. california, the state next door, and where i moved up here from, i just heard is having some kind of drought problems. nevada is naturally realitively dry. basin and range semi-desert. but its also, low humidity and a full range of temperatures. but lately, with the climate change, it seems to be getting moister, and the summers dragging on. not as bad as the valley in california, which never used to be as bad as southern california, at least the foothills didn't. anyway over here on the nevada side of the sierras, its not unusual to have a really big temperature difference between the day and night.
Any Chance Of A Pic Like Your Sig But With Snow, And Please Don't Go Jumping To The Next Building To Take It, Just A Pic From Your Window Will Do. I Have This Fasination With New York City, Hope To Travel There One Day... Cheers Glen.
Bbbbbrrr .....wrong shoes to be wearing up there my feet are cold now It's quite hard to actually get a good picture of snow falling...the camera doesn't know where to focus.
