How cold is it where you are?

cold...took me an hour to warm up after jogging dogs tonight.....my fingers were numb.....first time that has happned this season......light snow, rain, and sleeting out there.....
I am not sure of temp....feels bitter, though.

 

my finger were numb last night but it warmed up in the morning to make rain so bambi gets to live another day..

Around freezing point. My mom got back from Canada where it snowed and occasionally was minus 20 I'm pretty jealous (although it did feel like minus 20 here sometimes too with the strong eastern wind. Yes I am exaggerating a little bit ). But she was glad she wasnt there any longer... Outrageous! Who goes on holiday to the other side of the ocean for only a week. She didn't even spot a wild bear.

edit: with minus 20 I mean 20 degrees below freezing point

Snow in december, a lot of ice in january so we can skate the elfstedentocht :dizzy2: and then some more snow to finish a great winter is what I hope for. What we dutchies will get is probably another 3 month extension of autumn.

It's freaking cold in here! Today and for the rest of the week it's going to be below freezing point, sometimes as low as -10. It's not the coldest we get during winter, but once again I think it's early for the weather to be so cold. I remember some years I could wear my fall coats up until early december and there wasn't snow until a few days before christmas, was great. Now there's ice and snow all over the place and putting the winter gear on is already mandatory, bummer. But there's always warm chocolate (or apple cider for adults) to keep us warm.

so to apprehend the environment with clarity we do not confuse our subjective sensations with our objective observations
