I don't actively pursue new music, I am pretty happy listening to the stuff I have listened to for years - mainly the Beatles, Rolling Stones and a lot of other classic rock, as well as Mando and K Pop.

Anything new I discover is through friends.

The last "new" music I discovered was Donovon's Beat Cafe 2004, Jerry Lee Lewis' Last Man Standing 2006, John Fogerty's Deja Vu 2004, Eric Burdon's Soul of a Man 2006, Van Morrison's Pay the Devil 2006 and some Celtic women whose name I can't remember.

I can't remember how I heard about Donovon, I heard a blurb about Jerry Lee on FM radio so went and bought it without hearing it, turned out great. Saw a concert on TV with Fogerty doing some songs from that album. Went to see Eric in concert and bought that CD there, heard about Van Morrison doing country somewhere so bought that, and my wife heard the Celtic women somewhere.

Now I mostly listen to music on an MP3 player or hard drive, mostly older stuff, still transferring albums over to run on them, can't take too much FM radio anymore. Occasionally listen to the 50's station on Sirius.
