Fork usually, sometimes chopsticks and occassionally those chinese spoons that look like a ladel. I use a spoon to eat rice krispies.
rice, one way is as good as another. sushi with hachi of course. any kind of noodles or pasta, hachi (chop sticks) are just really the best way of all. even italian spagetti and meatballs. but rice, unless its sticky rice, spoons are made for. or sporks.
I lived in an Asian country for some time and have a Korean boyfriend - these days chopsticks are just easier for me to use with certain foods.
I don't try to show off by using chopsticks. I just like eating Chinese food that way. Chinese food is like crack to me, and if I used a fork I'd just shovel it into my mouth and eat 5 times more. With chopsticks, I can eat smaller bites and it takes longer so I actually get full before I eat 5 servings of rice. lol
