it depends a lot on what you expect from the forums. What do YOU expect from the forums?

My years at the university were the best. I had enough time at my hands to hang around in usenet, to get drunk every other night, to watch nature changing over the year, to figure things out and to hack just for fun and many other stuff. And I get good grades. But times have changed, I guess. Today everything and everyone has to go fast, fast, fast. More courses in less time, student loans are pressing and further more. In my opinion that's not the best environment to form educated people that should be our future.

So you have darkness and light together double teaming obstructions.
Darkness is the adsence of light.
Therefore no shade.
Shade is not darkness.

my expectations are very similar. And -as I stated before- it's an experiment for me. I haven't used web forums before and I want to see if I can become familiar with that kind of media. I don't expect to find great wisdom at every corner here, but sometimes I find pearls. It's interessting to see how people with a different cultural and social background act and react.

That's what I think, too.

I also think it's great with so many different personalities that really do feel to be compacted in a little space. I can kind of see peoples personalities, and the different ways they type and stuff is awesome. I think it's fun. Especially when you get to the point you can kind of predict what someone else is going to say.

Take my word for it. Staying up all night doesn't exactly leave you with bright eyes and a glowing complexion.

And I'm sorry.
