what im doing is exercising more but since i havent exercised in a longgggg time, i can barley do it for 20 min with out being wiinded. so i went on you tube and typed in 10 min cardio and i do that three times through out the day and then lift a 5 lb weight to tone my arms. As for eating, i went back to my vegetarian diet and eat one grapefruit in the morning esp in the winter to boost my vitamin c and or two egg whites with spinach. as for lunch i usually eat a small one since i never time for it cuz im always scheduled for massages around that time. so for dinner i try to eat some soup, or pad thai, or a fo chick'n patty with a side salad. it all just depends. but i never watched my calories before and realized i was eating wayyyy to much so me just eating less and adding exercise has really helped me. also i have a six month plan to lose 50 pounds. 10 lbs every month.
I lose weight/maintain my weight by doing two things: Exercise. I play Hockey three times a week and will go to the gym maybe once a week as well. Limiting portion size. I
excuse me; are you speaking to me neone? if by chance you are, then, please, enlighten me, to where i am in error. as for the exercise shit... of course you must keep moving to maintain health and, help with weight loss! if you have not been too active for quite sometime. i would suggest you start out slowly and simply. start by walking. start by walking about 15 minutes a day, 3 to 5 times a week then increase the time to 30 minutes the second week. increase the time to 45 minutes the third week. start out at a slow pace. if you don't have problems breathing at a slow pace then, increase the pace until you feel slightly winded. keep at that pace until your body adapts to it then, increase your pace again. if you experence pain while exercising... STOP THEN AND THERE! it is 100% pure bullshit the talk of "working through pain." listen to what your body says to you! if the pain does not clear up; contact your doctor. i have seen way, way, way, too many people, who listen to shithead "coaches" and "trainers" who have fuck them over all too well and, some of them have been hurt for life! anyone between age 35 or older, must consult with their doctor before starting an execrise program. that would also apply to anyone under age 35, who has a family history of heart disease or, some other family history disorder, that is aggrvated by execrise. i wish you the best of luck!
you could break those 3 meals up, and eat 6 smaller meals throughout the day, kind of like snacks every 2 hours or so, and you think your eating to much so you cut back on what your eating? it seems to me your not eating enough, eating to little would probably be worse than eating a bit to much. Drink tons of waterrrr!!
I need to lose weight too it's been a long winter hahha so you're not alone. What do you eat now? cut that in half. And exercise. Atleast 30 minutes of cardio a day bring up your heart rate the longer its up the better. You don't have to change who you are and what you like to munch on just smaller portions and a little more mobility. I know you can do this have fun!
