yeah. that's irritating. for 2 years i was vegetarian, and for 6 months of that vegan. it sucked. it was wrong, it felt wrong, i felt wrong, and i became allergic to soy and most nuts. fuck veggie.
that's alright, kindwoman. i get nice cheap hunting tags to protect your precious soy fields. all those extra veggies and sprouts planted on prime habitat....makes for some delectable game.
You eat what you want, I eat what I want. Subject closed. I prefer not to discuss this any further, let's just agree to disagree.
that's EXACTLY what we were doing until the sanctimonious "meat is murder" comment. why bother insinuating yourself in the discussion at all if you didn't want to discuss it?
yea. some vegitarians can be retarded with the whole meat is murder thing. no offense, but it is stupid.
yummie! there's a little bakery/cafe halfway between farmington and durango on the side of the road that serves these AMAZING buffalo burgers. the buffalo are raised on the ranch right behind the diner. man, are they ever tasty.
how does one learn to cut up the meat? i'm tired of paying so much to have the meat cut, and would prefer to cut it myself.
so do you buy a whole slab of ribeye?? or a short loin?? do you have a meat saw in your garage??? I got a job in a meat dept in a grocery store about 5 years ago, worked there for a year, then I was hired at a steakhouse..... Im mostly a cook, but I take care of cutting all the steaks. fun stuff. some people think its easy, but it really isnt.... you gotta hit your yields, and stay within the company's specs....... plus you gotta cut in 30 degree walkin cooler.... fun stuff!
buffalo meat is healthier for you than beef... it does have a little more of a wild taste to it... buffalo isnt bad, and yeah I like buffalo burgers for sure. its much more lean. we get our buffalo from ted turner's ranch up in montana.
