There's this thing called an "ejection seat" that jet pilots have. You basically get shot into the air by explosives. You can see it in the Owen Wilson movie, "Behind Enemy Lines". (I just saw it on cable a couple of nights ago.)

THAT'S the "tech", dude. You've got to suddenly arch your back with such intensity that your woman is "ejected" several feet into the air. Just hope she doesn't land on your johnson and break the fucker.
