I didn't either until I went down south about 8 years ago. I saw them on the menu and just had to try them. IMO they are edible, but I won't go as far as to say I enjoyed them.
i think calzones are more variable than a stromboli. to me stromboli says "inside out itallian sausage pizza" and calzones are like "tell me what to wrap in the pizza dough." my mom ordered one that was like onions mushrooms and spinach or broccoli i dont remember, but its more what you want i guess. i could be wrong though. kinda sleepy.
oh i see now. a stromboli is like a giant pizza roll like a jelly roll and a calzone is a folded in half pizza like a quesadilla.
I honestly don't think I have ever had grits, i always look at em and think they look like already eaten food.
They serve grits on NJ so that truckers from the south will go there to pick up a load at your chemical plants
I've only had grits once in my life. Can live without 'em. I wouldn't brag about the Southern diet. Aren't most of the fattest cities in the U.S. in the South?
I loveee me some grits man!! haha I had these mango halepeno(sp??) grits once they were amazinggggg I dont really care for sweet tea though
so? i'd rather be fat and happy with a kickass amazing drooltastic menu in front my face than eat cardboard and mush edit: work over for couple days: micha happy.
Grits is the shit and they sell it up north, no one knows how awesome it is though. Shove your sweet tea up your ass though. At least, the southern definition of sweet tea seems to mean it should be half sugar by volume, blech
