    Losing weight is so much easier than achieving a fit muscular body. This was my point.

    A lot of it is to do with genetics. Some people never put on weight, others do very easily. Same with putting on muscle mass.

    If gaining muscle and reach low body fat was that easy, we would see a lot of men in this fit muscular shape. There are a lot of men who are at normal weight but there is very little amount of men who have fit muscular bodies like that man above. Why is it difficult for girls to find a man who has that muscular body the man above has, because it is not as easy as you think. Losing weight is a piece of cake compared to achiving that man's body above. It is much more difficult to lower your body fat that much gaining muscle and burning fat.

    Height is genetic, weight is not genetic. If you don't take much calories, you don't become an obese. And when you lower your calories you take and do cardio such as walking and running, you lose weight. It is up to me to be obese or underweight. If I want I can be obese, If I want I can be underweight. I am trying to keep my BMI at 22 because people began to tell me I lost so much weigh and if I lost any more, I will look skinny in a bad way. I have belly fat without clothes on but normal with clothes on. It is easier to lose weight but it is more difficult to be fit. Most of people who are at normal weight are skinny fat. When you lose weight, you join the skinny fat group.

    OBVIOUSLY, that physique takes work, and if that is your dream to have that physique....THEN PUT IN THE WORK!!!!!!!!!

    it is not my dream for you.

    What do I care what anyone looks like? i see plenty of perfect physiques out and about when I go out with the dogs here....jogging with no shirts, etc...SO WHAT??????

    OK - I'm not an expert on this and if you're interested look into it for yourself, but everybody has polymorphisms in their genome. These can cause all kinds of problems in for example, absorption and processing of micro nutrients, which in turn affects cell function. I'm pretty certain that things like weight, muscle mass and so on can be influenced quite strongly by genetics.

    BTW - you seem to think that women choose men on the same basis they'd choose a horse. It really doesn't work like that.

    - I've always been on the thin side, but I've been intimate with some very attractive ladies in my time. And I've never been rich either. Must be my charm......well, perhaps.

    Ahmet - as well as developing your physique, spend some time developing your personality too. Girls are often more impressed by someone 'nice' than a muscular frame.

    And there is this thing. You can research about it. Fat people have faster metabolism than people who are at normal weight. For example, when I was 89 kilograms ( BMI: 30), let's say my body was able to burn 2300 calories by sitting on a chair.I lowered the calories I took and did cardio. I lost 24 kilograms. I am now 65 kilograms ( BMI: 22). Now for examble I am able to burn 1800 calories by sitting on a chair. The more weight you lose, the slower metabolism you have. So when one begins to lose weight, for example he ate 2200 calories, he will lose weight until his body is able to burn 2200 calories and his losing weight will stop. So the more weight you lose, the more you will have to lower the calories you take. And the more weight you lose, the more walking and running you will have to do. Because a fat person can burn more calories when he walk 8 kilometres but a person whose weight is 10 kilograms less than that man can burn less calories when he walk 8 kilometres. The same goes with the calories we burn by sitting on a chair. Fatter person burns more calories than less fat person. For this reason, If I start to take 2300 calories now and don't do any cardio, I will gain weight until my body is able to burn 2300 calories, which means I will gain 24 kilograms and my gaining weight will stop. To gain more weight, I will have to take more than 2300 kalories. When I gain 10 more kilograms, my body will be able burn 2500 calories and when I start taking 2400 calories, my body will lose for example 5 kilograms and my body will be able to burn 2400 calories instead of 2500 calories and my losing weight will stop. So the less weight you have, the slower your metabolism will work.

    Youd need a couple hours a day of aerobic exercise to get that kind of tone especially around the stomach, jogfing swimming etc. Just doing weights wouldnt give you that physique

    I am not thinking of getting his body. I used the photo to show that losing weight is so much easier than getting this man's body. Losing 24 kilograms is not as big deal as they see it is.
    What I am thinking is to get my shoulder a little wider and get my arms muscular and improve my chest a little bit. I am not thinking of having an advanced skill body like his. He must have a very low body fat.

    Hes already used to most girls saying stuff like that. But then he sees the roided up nutjob getting more attention from the girls, or they want to date the guy with the most money or whose family has the most money.

    Im sure Caleb Johnson would rather be the singer all the girls throw their undies at, not the singer they would give a cuddly teddy bear friend zone hug to
