I see paintings on the walls. Mostly patterns... not random geometric patterning like closed eyes. But like native american patterns and tapestries, symbols and such. Coherent symbols and patterns. Like I can't tell what they are at a glance clearly, but when I quickly catch the visual, trace it really quickly, it is recognizable form, native American and Buddhist type symbols and imagery. Sometimes there are faces in the paintings, so I see faces on walls. Thats the most complexified hallucination I see.

And this isn't just overlayed, it's almost like clay sculpting, the paintings are three dimensional engravings on surfaces.

If I go out somewhere and look at a large flat surface with alot of random variations on it, I see it as completely organized into a symbolic painting of some sort. If a surface is smooth, it's typically covered with the flower of life (hexagons) for me.

The thing about it though, is the paintings do reflect my personal drawing style (obviously) so I think my brain is just regurgitating and mix and mashing together things stored in my visual memory and projecting them. I'm actually experimenting with this idea, I've been drawing much more architecture and buildings this past month and I'm curious to see if this will be reflected in the paintings I see when tripping.

The only time I've ever seen actual 3 Dimensional forms in reality, not projected on the walls, was when I smoked a bunch of really good marijuana. Then I was walking around my friends house and out of the corner of my eye I would think I saw his dog turning the corner or whatever. It was fairly noticable too... I remember thinking "woah I wonder if thats how a dog operates at the quantum level, it holds a duplication of itself in every position of the place its defending to keep better watch on it"
