my goal is to get down to double digits again...its gonna take a lot of work, but i know i can do it.
*Hands Eliot his lunch and a whole pot of pasta* There you go. You need that more than I do. I'm 5'8", 150 lbs and I thought I was thin, Eliot don't you blow away in the wind?
98 pounds!! good lord thats tiny... thats too small, well i think so... its healthy to have some meat on ya..
You're in the wrong area then. I know a bunch of guys around here that absolutely love skinny girls, myself included. I usually get asked if I'm w/ a real girl or the skeleton from biology, but who cares.
yes, it is to small...i'd probably have to cut my legs off to get the small again. i wanna drop to 210 and i'll be happy.
My Husband just lost over 30 lbs. He weighed 250 and now he is down to 217. He did it with diet and exercise. He cut out a lot of the carbs he was eating and he would run a mile or two on the treadmill. He was borderline diabetic. His sugar was too high and he was very fatigued. If your serious about losing the weight try replacing your carbs with vegetables, especially at night. Cottage cheese is also good for you at night. Don't know why exactly but it is.
i was happy at 210 in march. i then injured my knee which curbed me from working out. had knee surgery and and lost all motivation to work out. now, i got it back and working my ass off and gonna continue at school when i get back. thing is, i have no problem losing the weight, its just that i had no motivation to keep it down after my injury, so now working to get down to 210 on a cutting program - less calories, more workout - and then maybe i'll try to get down to around 200 which is my future goal after 210, but at 210 i hit a wall, so to speak, so when i get there again, i'm gonna have to work harder. since going to the gym, i've lost some weight. i'll be happy then, cuz i'll be near my optimum best. cottage cheese is good for you because it has a slow release of protein which is good for you. i can dig some stuff up on it later and get more info.
