man....u guys pay ridiculous prices for pot...most i pay is 40 half, 80 O...never really fucked with smaller shit but when i do it's 5$ a g....so 25$=5g.....unless its some fire...then its usually 150-300 O depending on Quality....most i've paid was 100$ for a quarter(7g) but it was a white widow/skunk #52 hybrid with buds that looked like they had been rolled in powdered sugar or sumthin, but would give yo9u the best buzz of anything out there.......seems like i gots it made in WV when it comes to smoke.....

Where I live there are pretty standard prices.

First of all, the types of weed...

Schwag - Dirt pretty much. You mind as well just pick up some leaves and twigs from your backyard and smoke that.

Mids - Not terrible bud but not great but mids is pretty much considered schwag around here because only amateurs fuck with schwag unless you get a monster deal on so weight.

dro/kill - pretty much the same thing but there are slight differences. You can tell its good shit because the green is usually light and it usually has lots of orange hairs. Usually the bud weighs less too which is sweet because even though you pay more you get phatter buds.

haze - Pretty much the best shit that goes around here. It costs more, but if you can get it, haze is the shit.

Thats pretty much it around here except for some rare occasions when some northern lights or some white rhyno will go around.

    Now prices...

If you buy small ammounts its basically all the same. It all goes by weight around here.

A nick bag is about a .3 of a g (technically .25 but most people aren't that technical) and its 5 bucks.

A dime bag is a .5 of a g and it goes for 10 bucks.

a 15 piece is about .7 or .8 (again technically .75) and obviously its 15 bucks

    And a whole g goes for 20

Thats the same for anything from schwag to dro but haze is a little different.

    Haze goes for 15 a dime and 30 a g.

Buying weight is best if you have the money for it. For some good shit it usually goes like this...

    50 = 1/8
    90 = 1/4
    150 = 1/2
    250-300 = an O

I know dealers so I can get deals but what I gave you right there are standard prices.

Around here the way dealers usually make their money though is going to Philly or NY. If you're tight with somebody who is big time and who sells other stuff weed is just extra and they'll hook you up. And in a big city like that if you have connections prices are cheaper too.

Those are just standard prices around here though. When my boy goes to Philly he breaks me off for free sometimes.

And you can also work out deals if you have regular dealers. A half of schwag goes for about 50 bucks around here but I don't even fuck with schwag. I don't even think a half is worth 50 bucks to me.

Please list the quality of the pot to becuase around here I can get a gram of regs for 5 dollars, 15 and 1/8. For above normal dank though it's usually 60 1/8 and 20 a gram. I do my best to get it for 50 an eigth and for a while I got 4 1/2 grams of good dank for 55, but that's about the best I've ever did. Now unfortuetly, I have to 60 an 1/8 for headies.

    Nick - .5-9g : $5
Dime 2 g (for me - special connect), average bud: $10
    half ounce- $50
    ounce -$80

    Quarter Pound (4 ounces)- $180

    Pound (16 ounces) - $600

    -----
For haze (around here it's just "regs" and "haze" or sometimes "hydro" - usually really quality bud) it's about $10 for a dime which is about .4g, and $400-500/ounce.

Your best bet is to listen to the guy that lives real close to you. He can probably help you out the most out of everyone here.

The reason for that is because there's different prices all over, and different terms for quality.

I'll do something I don't think other people have done and give you some general guidelines for quality:

Okay, usually high-quality buds will have little crystals on it, and it will be bright green. A lot of the time it's very sticky, and the smell should be very pugnant. Some people use orange hairs as an indicator, but thsose are just the dead pistills from the growing stage.

If you're buying from someone your first time, the low-mids-highs scale is a sort of universal scale. Regardless of demographic area, the dealer will probably know what you mean.

But, yeah, for prices and termonology, just ask that guy that lives close to you.

Oh, and just 'cause I love to flaunt my prices:

    Lows:(Red Bud)
    Quarter - $7
    Half - $14
    Ounce - $30

Definitely nothing you'll ever want to smoke. It tastes like vomit, and your throat will be raw after just one hit. The only way you'll get high is if you can stand smoking two straight ounces.

    Mids(Green)
    Quarter - $30
    Half - $60
    Ounce - $120

This is really just good bud. It's not as potent as the highs, though. It has pretty much the same high to it, though.

    Highs(Chronic)
    Quarter - $40
    Half - $80
    Ounce - $160

This is the best you can get. Usually has most of the properties I described for good bud. Very nice high.

You might also have something called "stress" in your area, which is a hybrid of your "highs" and your "lows". Here it's called "mersh". It's what I usually smoke.

    Mersh
    Quarter - $25
    Half - $50
    Ounce - $100

Mersh usually has the qualities of good looking bud, just less crystals. It has a mix of highs, really. You can be mellow one second, and energetic the next. Which is really why I like smoking it more. It's just more exciting.
