It's drafty, in a bad area of town, but it has a deep bathtub and hardwood floors, nice paint and light fixtures, double garage and Im all alone so I fucking love it
I just redid my living room and now we look rich. It's super nice. Still too many fucking pets and the smell of pets
I took advantage of the banking crisis and bought a house that would have otherwise been out of my price range. A contractor built it at the wrong time and got stuck with a nice one that he couldn't sell without a drastic price cut.
I own a toilet. I try to keep a case of Natty light in the fridge. SOmetimes the toilet works. that's about the extent of mine.:xmastree:

656 sq. ft. condo, all wood floors, plantation shutters, french doors, toilet with a bidet and a tub with jets. Paid in full ($50,000) so the only fee is the $278 maintenance fee which includes electricity and cable. It's small but it works. The main drawbacks are only 1 covered car space (would prefer an attached garage), and no washer/dryer connections (the washroom for the complex is right next to our unit). Sorry for the droll post...we just closed on this place and I have been dealing with new home buyer shit for the last month....watching HGTV now:dupe:
i think if this thread had been posted about 4 years ago this would have been my exact answer. except for the christmas tree. back then there were actually cool smilies that made sense in the context of online conversation, but i digress...
Good morning, that rises a question: why? I like my current home. It's built on a hill, so I can look down on my subjects, oops, I shouldn't say this . Regards Gyro
Same Here Gyro, My Farm With The House On The Most Prominant Hill Is Way Above The Adjoining Village, And Many Hundreds Of Feet Above The Town Of Bathurst Some 11km's Away. The Lord Of The Manor Is On The Hill, And The "Great Unwashed" Can "Kiss My Ass"............Or At Least The Cute Ones Can....... Cheers Glen.
Hello Glenglen, I like it, especially in the summer. Down in the city it becomes very stuffy and oppressive then. But up here a light wind is blowing most of the time, which is refreshing. A the view is great. On some days the dale is filled with fog and a few meters above we live in bright sunshine . Regards Gyro
I like mine. Live in a big house in a village close to the coast. It's a 5 minute, and mighty pleasant wander to the local square, filled with familiar faces and great ale. Quintessentially speaking, I live in your typical idea of the homely British town. It's also only 4 miles out of the capital, be it Cardiff- one of the truly underestimated cities.
