How often do you wear a bra

I'm a B cup and I wear one to work (when I go to the office -- days when I work from home are bra free days) and other times it depends on what I am wearing and what I am doing.

 

once or twice a week when I WORK OUT.
other than that, NEVER.

My wife is 36D and i ask here to unwear the bra for same time almost at night becuase here neppel is lettel big so sure it will shown on the shreat and she is sham from this

 

Only when I wear a singlet or something thin which is rare, and only because I feel obligated or like I'd be drawing attention to myself too much if I didn't. Plus only during summer I guess... maybe 70-100 days each year. *shrugs*.
