I know collector shops sell them for coin collectors and what not. But sometimes I'll be handed a dime in a bag with mini pot leaves all over it. One time I got an all black bag with a yellow Batman symbol on it....who are they for?

i'm trying to picture my grandma going to the headshop to get bags for her sewing stuff. cuz i know all her shit COMES in those bags. and the headshop is about the only place to get them, other than when you get something that comes in the bag, like a button or screw.
