Congratulations, thats the dumbest thing I've ever heard!!!!!

We're very complex organisms and we don't have any photosynthetic process to turn light into glucose. Nor is glucose suffeicient sustainence to keep humans alive.

We cannot obtain any of the vitamins we need other then vitamin D and many studies are calling into question whether we can obtain adequate amounts of vitamin D from sunlight alone.

No Iron, no protein, no sugars, and no carbohydrates means starvation.

Why don't you spend some time in Africa with some starving children and tell them they aren't getting enough sun... if they have the energy they'll get up and slap some sense into you.

Not realy the funniest thing i have heard all day...but i know what you mean. Try living a life time like that ... on whoevers death bed after however many years..i would shake that person by the hand and say ...'you have truly made your point'. I don't think i have too leave my diary open though.

 

If this was the case than anorexia wouldn't be deadly, but it is. When your body doesn't recieve food it eats itself for nutrition and energy. I had a friend who surfs a lot so he was obviously out in the sun often and he spent a few months in the ICU because he was dangerously anorexic. Even animals eat food for nutrition and energy. Just because plants don't doesn't mean we can. I don't believe it at all I need at least 10 more sources that verify some that some guy lived 65 years without food, theres just no way.

The sun can give nutrients, but we're not plants. Water and sun dont only fuel us, we need food to survive.
