you all need to try the grilled hummus sandwich! just spread sandwich with hummus and fry as you would a grilled cheese! MMMMMMMM so damn good!
I've done it, thanks to your suggestions, Trippy! And it is to die for. I can't get into the store-bought ones too much - I love to make my own - chick peas, garlic, OO, tahini and lemon juice!! YUm!
Hummmmmuuuussss yummmm I love my hummus on a good organtic wheat pita with fresh organic veggies from the garden like red onions,cucumber,tomatoe and alittle bit of carrot shavings topped with some olive oil and im good to go :drool5: Heheheh Peace<3
The best store-bought I've found is a brand called Sabre. The worst would have to be Athenos. I've made my own as well, it was decent.
I work at a hookah lounge and we have some AWESOME home made hummus. At home we make our own hummus its great ! Its soo simple and delicious

Hummus is a must in my house! I don't have an exact measurement for everything i just throw it in my magic bullet and blend. I use a can of chickpeas few gloves of garlic vinegar lemon salt&pepper a dash of curry Olive oil sesame oil and last time i roasted some red peppers and blended them in! Mmmmm tastiness
i have some shop bought houmos at the mo.............its not as good as homemade but i was being lazy,best with sun dried tomatoes woop woop
I actually love supermarket houmous! Bet that makes me common hehe. Roasted red pepper is my favourite. I tried making it at home, and it was edible, but I didnt quite get there
Yeah it takes time to perfect it at home. Sometimes i get it perfect other times there's too much or not enough flavor :ack2:
