Gravity: I'm in Gatlinburg. I grew up in Maryville, my aunt lives in Lenoir City, my sister lives in West Knoxville, and I pretty much travel between those cities and everywhere in between daily. So yea, I kinda consider myself a local in all of those areas. KC: I shut down the business in Florida immediately after raceweek, business is just far too slow right now for a small business to stay afloat, especially down in Florida. It's actually alot busier here, and our tourist season starts up in Mid-March. I'm still running the store here though, and this fall I am planning to start college to get my degree in business admin or accounting, so everything should work out just fine. I had a fun trip though. Shroomie: Thanks! I guess. haha Nightrose and Mama: Thanks my pretty babies! and Telephone: you can come and see me anytime. lol
Yea, that's the one. You would surely remember the space needle and the fact that virtually every single store is on either side of one long road that runs straight into the mountains. About 3 dozen t-shirt shops, which happens to be my profession, and almost as many pancake houses.
i remember that... also there were several haunted houses and a ripley's believe or not museum, if i remember correctly somehow i don't recall the space needle, but i was pretty young at the time and i don't remember lots of things from that long ago
Yea, there is a Ripley's Believe it Or Not, a Haunted Mansion, Mysterious Mansion, about a dozen fudge shops and candy shops. And if you were here in the summer, the road was likely lined with cars that were not moving an inch from morning til late at night.
Alot of people don't actually go to the space needle, I've never been, but you can see it from nearly any standing point in the city.
i bet it was... i think we walked most everywhere in town though... go in the damn space needle though! jeez, it's right there, you might as well at least experience it once!
Only half of the bottle? I'm gonna be in Gatlinburg next month......Give me the name of your shop and I'll give you some business when I'm down. I can always use some cool shirts
Haha, I don't have cool shirts, only redneck shit. Names Dixie Corner, and it's right next to McDonald's on the parkway (of course) You can't miss it. There, now all you fookers know how to find me, first to open google earth wins a cookie. lol
