nah, I would rather it be by the people instead of an majority of the votes get counted, but not all. For instance an example was by popular vote, al gore should have won, but bush did bc it was the electoral votes that counted, and not the general amount of votes. Yep that is democracy right there. I do not like the electoral system as it is right now, but making it so supposedly smarter people are the only ones that get to vote, is pretty fucked up. you take the average joe's vote away, and you are taking away an basic right that america does have, that everyone can vote, if 18.
^ Agreed. That would almost be a form of slavery and certainly discrimination. Many unintelligent even retarded people contribute to society in various ways and alot of them probably work much harder than those with higher iq's. Furthermore, regarding the comment as grammar not being the only way to tell intelligence, the iq test itself is a flawed measure in reading people's intelligence.
