They sell salsa and hot sauce that is made from that pepper, just google 'the pepper institute'. It had some different name though, cant remember what it was though. I dont think they sell individual peppers but you could try to email them for one. I think its 13 bucks a bottle, maybe a couple spoonfuls....

since this is months old, I voted it not happening.

 

one of my housemates could probably tell you. he puts habinaro extracts and seasonings in almost everything. including, yes he has something he calls tripple ghost pepper.

i'm not him though, and i don't think he's on here, but then you never know but what he might be. i know this doesn't help much. i know he's on facebook and myspace both, but i have no idea what names he uses on there or elsewhere on the net.

i know he mmo's too. but i don't know what names he uses there either.

but i do know he orders stuff like that on line.
so you could probably find a source if you keep looking for it.
