Most people are "trapped in an illusion." Once you accept anything as the ultimate truth, you stop learning.
I do not understand this argument about atoms not being conscious. Atoms cannot compute, but if you arrange atoms into what we call a computer they will give rise to computations. Atoms are not conscious, but if you arrange them into what we call a brain they will give rise to consciousness. We can forgive people for arguing about atoms and consciousness in the past but cognitive psychology has been around for decades now.
You could say it is the last remark that need be made in regards to ultimate truth, however the truth has much to tell.
If God exists then there is no world. False implies false. That is a false implication. But there is a world. Does God exist? If the world exists there is no God. True implies false. That is false. But If God doesn't exist there is a world. Truth implies truth, and that is on one sentence true.
It's the sequence of education that we all end up with the same mistake about (what in Plato is called) the virtue of doing good business with the Lord, high above. That way we can understand the meaning of the sequence in "civilized perceptive states of Knowledge". Xexon (woops; is that the same guy or a different sequence of learnedness?, alias the dope) what was the meaning of money well invested in a swindle of a once good franchise dealer (too bad, I'm laughing) for flower perfume for Body SHop in downtown Cairo. Woo...ooh, a luxury... that's bad in the environmental rating.
If you're going to play with the big boys, you should add something substantive to the conversation; oh, that's right you have nothing of value to add here. Run along sonny, come back when you grow up. Children should be seen and not heard,, or is that shot on sight.
Very well said, especially your mention of where energy came from. Basically, life all comes down the energy; molecules and atoms would not exist without it. So the real question is where did the energy come from?
