I love enchiladas, they are probably my favorite.

It's funny that you said Dean doesnt want to polvos it, because polvo in DR and I think Puerto Rico too, it's like slang for having sex. Like "vamo' echa' un polvo", but that's way ghetto.

 

i would like to eat a good potato chip. but i'm more into goldfish crackers.

i don't have any salsa either. slim pickins here. but i do have sour cream and some jalapeno veggie slices and corn tortillas. and cayenne pepper. i can make do.. enchiladas are my favorite, too. i had a dream i made a TON of enchiladas and they were so cheesy and amazing. i need to go to the store!

I want to make enchiladas too. I've never made them myself, I have this recipe from the vegetarian times mag and it seems ways yummy.
