    Don't worry Nesta, I approve. :D

I've never had iced tea, but this threads got me craving some hot stuff. With sugar, of course. :D

I've never had it with honey, I only get to drink the stuff from the vendors in India and they sure put a lot of sugar in. My mum doesn't want me to get addicted. :(

If I'm having Iced Tea, I'm the one makeing the tea usually. I'm very particular about my Iced Tea. However every now and again I will get a Sweet Iced Tea from Wendy's but really the only place I've had good Wendy's Iced Tea is in Tennessee. But those Tennessian's know what's up with some good Iced Tea!

Whaaat? How could you have it without?!!
    Water+ Teabag + illaichi* + sugar + milk.
    In that order.

cardamom.....but i'd almost expect it to be more than just cardamom in there...some cloves or ginger or something thrown in would make it even better, i think

    anyway sounds good!

but yeah, virtually nobody i know in the US puts milk in their tea

i've grown to love it, though. unless i'm drinking green tea

edit: oh yeah, people do put milk in spiced teas here, though. almost universally. but never just plain black tea.

anyway, i'm about to make myself a nice cup to warm up with:cheers2:

I make my kid iced tea for school every day.

In a 2 cup glass measure, make 1 cup hot tea.
Add 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp lemon juice
fill with ice up to the 2 cup mark and stir.

    Cloves are gross.

I just stick to that but I think we have tea masala (with like black pepper and ginger etc).

    ah makes sense.

round here you can get what sounds essentially like that, but it comes premixed. call it chai, but from what i understand the word chai just means tea (and cha in japan....matcha, bancha, genmaicha)

anyway, i've got a little spiced tea left with cardamom and clove and ginger and black pepper and i think some cinammon or something. idk, but its good. i just usually prefer unspiced tea

    that makes some sense.

so if i opened a bottle of iced tea and drank a little, then put it back in the fridge, it would be opaque in a couple hours?
