It is completely normal to have all kinds of sexual fantasies and dreams, especially at the age you are. I really wouldn't pay too much attention to it. Besides, I didn't want to be gay, or ride the "boo-foo-choo-choo" , but I am, and its ok...

What will be so awful if you are gay? (You probably aren't! Relatively few people are.) There are worse things to be...

If it makes you feel any better, in 3 different surveys I have read, between 40 and 70 percent of otherwise straight males admit to having some type of homosexual experience at least one time in their life. The figure is probably much higher, since many men would never admit to such a thing.

Work it out for yrself. If it helps:

I'm completely fagaleptic, and I very rarely dream specifically about guys, even less about gay sex. It's fairly common for people in their teens to have unusual sexual thoughts, probably isn't anything to worry about. More to the point, it's just a dream, it doesn't really indicate anything.

I'm a little baffled by the Asperger's thing though: can you dream of things you've never seen or heard of?

    don't worry about it

i go to class with guys who have given head and worse, and still date the "popular" girls.

the urge to give pointers must be overwhelming...

Like has been said at 12 you are going to have many feelings some of which are just your mind working out who you are. Experimenting & tossing out the stuff that doesn't work for you. I really wouldn't worry about the dreams. You are going to have a much better idea of this in a couple of years. Even if it turns out you are gay, it isn't all that bad. I know that feeling like you are gay is a scarry thing but aside from what the anti-gay people want everyone to believe it isn't the end of the world to actually be gay. It is possible that you are bi but that isn't so bad either. I am getting ahead of the game here though. What it really comes down to in my opinion is to accept yourself for who you are.

I consider myself straight but I went through a similar experience except I wasn't too worried about turning gay. I just didn't understand what it meant. Anyways it passed after a while.

why would you not want to just learn from this instead of kinda make yourself run from this. I mean if you internaly are gay its not liek you have to act on it now anyways so just notice it. Why are you so afraid of being gay?

I don't think he has examined the issue that far, or has realized his "inner moral thing" (which means, things he has been taught)
...because being gay is only about "getting it on." I find it tragic that you can only understand your son in terms of sexuality.

What about if he was bi? I guess you would be happy for him but not understand him. I happen to have a wonderful Wife, two grown Sons, an equally wonderful nearly 6 year old Daughter, 2 Granddaughters with another Grandchild on the way, & although I am between boyfriends right now, have had a wonderful boyfriend or two. Don't worry, I don't expect you to understand, love in my family is obviously different than yours.

What the hell does your love for him or any kind of understanding for him have anything to do with his sexuality? Just because you have problems with thinking of his relationships in the bedroom shouldn't effect your love for him or her as long (& I really hope we are) talking hypothetically. If you use the test of your being repulsed by the thought of your offspring's sexual affairs that would also make most people not "understand" their parents, as so many have some sort of repulsion to that concept. Of course I wonder where they think they came from then. Immaculate Conception on a mass level is just too much for anyone to believe, it is even questioned for the one that it was written about. Now that I think about it why the hell are you even thinking about your offspring's sexual practices? That repulses me! It sounds incestual, concerning yourself about your kids having sex aside from trying to instill good values & healthy self awareness on them so they can make their own choices well for partners & teaching them to practice safer sex & like any parent, hoping that they don't start having sex until they are actually ready for it.

I don't think you want to understand or even attempt to from what you are saying anyone who doesn't fit into your little box of consciousness.

Are you one of those parents that would throw your teen child out of the house if sie were lgbt? I don't understand that kind of thinking.

yes it is a slang term. And the term means something totaly different then the term gay means homosexualy wise...A lot of people use that term " that's gay" Funny thing is rthat a large precentage of your peers will turn out to be gay in the future. years from now. And it won't matter a bit

Fortunately, that is one of the issues that GLSEN has been able to abate around here & elsewhere. Every year when I have attended the Day of Silence rally another student tells of the near elimination of this as a derogatory term in any sense including that in their school. Students, joining together, can make a difference. If you are tired of this in your school, you can bring forth the changes necessary to make school a place to learn not to fear derision.
