i don't understand why you would keep poisoning your body with milk if you're lactose intolerant! there are so many varieties of milk not from the breastmilk of cows out there now that i'm sure you could find a substitute you like?? try soy decadent ice creams and tofutti cuties ice cream sandwiches, try soy or almond milk. i love vanilla rice milk!

yes, i'm vegan but did you know that 15-25 percent of persons of European descent are lactose intolerant and 80% of blacks and latinos and 100% of american indians and asians? it's pretty ridiculous, and just not natural for adult humans to be consuming the breast milk that is intended for the young of their species.

"All land mammals have a dramatic decrease in lactase after weaning. Worldwide, humans lose 90 to 95 percent of birth lactase levels by early childhood, and there is a continuous decline in lactase during the course of a lifetime." lactase is the enzyme that digests milk for our bodies.

say no to animal's breast milk that is pumped up with hormones, say yes to natural plants such as marijuana!

 

well ok the almond stuff wont work..am allergic but besides that..well

ok I like chochlate soy milk but I do not have the money to buy stuff like that..soy m ilk yes but I dont drink regular milk and untill the lactose free versions are the same price ill take 3 pills and down the ice cream and hope for the best...

I have no problem consuming something like animal milk....if you consume something that doesnt do direct immediate harm to you then what is the problem if it comes form another creature?
