I mean i would never trick somebody to like me and then deliberately screw them over like really? Like the other night we went and found some dope wallet and a suitcase by the dumpster and she said she has found all sorts of shit dumpster diving.

Come on man. You know, what is going to happen soon is you are going to get sick from something. That's when it really starts to fall apart. Not to sound like a dad or anything, but what you probably need is to do whatever you can, opiates anonymous, some kind of rehab, fuck I would even ask my dad to help pay for rehab. I mean, just the number of famous people that heroin has killed or nearly killed is too many to count. Being homeless should be enough to spur you to change. I mean, when I see this and then I see the other thing about sharing a bed with that weirdo to get acid...There are signs that your substance use is getting out of control.

I'm not trying to judge you and I certainly don't want to tell you how to live your life. Just telling you that you are loved, and not because of whatever drugs you did or didn't do, but because you are a human being. You are loved and we care about you and that's why we are trying to help you pull it together. It's not just the drugs. It's the self-destructive behavior. We all love you and want to see you do better.

 

Why do people think drug abuse is glamarous? Well there is nothing glamarous about being a junkie. Drugs of abuse (cocaine opiates meth/bath salts) what the fuck? they are causing every single problem in your life. you have to stop them and go to a inpatient facility where they treat people like us man. stop being so naive! I see myself in you man, and i hurt for you. I don't think you're strong enough to stop without going to a rehab.

 

When I started the thread at page 1 I felt really bad for OP, and was wondering why everyone was being so mean to him. Now that I'm on the last page I understand why, and feel absolutely no sympathy. That girl is serious trouble for you and your dad, and the more you hang out with people like that the longer it's going to take to get your life back on track.

 

How does the first half of this sentence flow into the second half? "Hey guys, I'm still dating this girl, she's a real piece of shit". Are you aware on any level that something is not right with how your mind is working here? If you don't fix or leave bad situations or people once you find out they are hurting you, you will get hurt more. This is why you keep getting in these bad situations, because you don't understand when to walk away from someone or something.

So she is going to rob your dad's work. Have you warned your dad? Have you thought about what he will think when it happens and he remembers you asking him that weird question a few days beforehand? Have you considered what it will be like to possibly be arrested for B+E/Robbery? Even if you didn't do it, your hands are all over the outer edges of this crime that's about to happen. I can't believe you brought a homeless drug addict to your father's place of work, that he trusted to his son as a last resort for shelter :\ And you did it for a "piece of shit". So what is your father to you?

She is the LAST thing you need right now. The LAST thing you need is to be taken under the wing of a homeless drug addict. What can she teach you? How to hook? How to sell dope better? You wanna be Scarface under a bridge? What you need is an inpatient detox program, school, work. If you want any kind of real future you need to slap yourself across the face and stop wasting your time with people who are losing at life and trying to recruit you to lose with them (and USING you in the process!).

When you leave she will just go fuck and use her "good guy friend" or any other naive close-minded fool who's throwing his life away and thinks hooking up a homeless meth addict is "pretty sweet".

Now tonight you are getting money and heroin (maybe), and tomorrow you are signing up for community college. You know you can't do both right man? You know you're gonna only succeed at one of those ways of life. It will be your choice, and your level of addiction to heroin and hating yourself tells me that community college will last about as long as your STD-free status.

It's been really sad seeing you go from spoiled rich kid to pre-felon. I hope you get some real perspective soon and think hard about who you are surrounding yourself with in life and what your future holds, truly.

 

Good post. ^ I forgot to mention that success/drug use don't go together. why do you think all those rock stars tried to quit? they had the money to buy enough to kill themselves and most still want help to quit. I was at a university and there were a few junkies and every single one ended up being thrown out of school for grades, including me. all the money I wasted now I bust my ass to pay off fucking loans. all for what? because I didn't know how to deal with my depression without trying to escape into the drug world.

 

That was a good post, but this is it in a nutshell. One or the other, and it's your choice. So make the right one while you still have a choice. Because if things go far enough it will be too late.

Let's recap: drugs=out of school, homeless, having your phone jacked by losers. Yes, guy who never did anything sexual with your homeless girlfriend was FUCKING THE LIVING SHIT OUT OF HER, she's obviously not the kind of person who would be able to introduce you to legit peeps, because legit peeps would not choose to associate with her. If you're friends with them, you will be on the list of people to rob when they get bored, or need a fix, or get drunk and rowdy. You'll get your shit jacked and your teeth knocked out and in jail all at the same time.

Let's weigh this up: in trouble for shit you may not have even done, but that you're associated with because of sketchy drugs and friends, so nobody believes you, and thus, in jail for years of rape, OR, playing with an audi..... I know I'd pick the audi.

You are just clearly not one who should use drugs at all, at this moment. Maybe you need a carefully guided trip with a shaman or curenderro, but you should not be doing ANY of what you do. You're going to blow your whole life.

FD, I suppose being a motovated junkie beats being a junkie under a bridge, but that's the problem with opiates: if you use, sooner or later you'll be using under a bridge. And they make it so that even if you really do climb up, you'll never know as you sink. As far as heroin and college go, although I haven't seen it here much, on a forum I used to visit, it was all the rage to go to school for a semester or three, and over that time act wholesome and have a little fun habit that was no problem, and then show up home without any of the things you had when you went to college, like your car, or your pants, or a good credit rating.... and then fight to get clean with the help of family, and then move out of the family home and be homeless and have arrest warrants, in a week or two. Eventually these posters would stop comming around, so I presume them dead or in prison. You've walked up to the edge, and somehow made it back, with your sanity after the misuse of psychedelic drugs, and now with your entire future due to the misuse of opiates.... why are you waiting for the rest of the edge to crumble out from under your toes? Why don't you turn around and take a life lesson, a story for the grandkids about what not to get caught up in, while you still can? This is very much one of those situations that you're lucky to get out of, that most people don't get out of. Be thankful, and take your chance.

 

Get yourself into rehab. Ask your dad to pay for it if you need to. At the very least, you'll have some meals and a bed to sleep in.

 

I have two friends that have been fairly succesfull dope heads. They work full time and use at night. But I wouldn't advise trying it. Rehab might be your best bet at this point.
