I got bust last month!!!

I was thinking about moving to Nova Scotia. Does it get cold there? Is pot legal there?

Ok, for all you fellow Ca-mericans (planning on moving up here). Ok, the Canadian pot laws are not as straght forward as many people claim... There is talk that its legal here, mainly because its the easyiest way to eplain things... however, here is the jist of it.

Currently cannabis is not "illegal" in Canada, but, at the same time, it is still not legal.. There are major court battles going on, and at this time, the cannabis laws are "invalid"... meaning - no laws for or against.

It is run by a law professor from Osgood hall... (I belive), and they are posting anything that happens in terms of the court battles as they become known.

Also note, we are currently under a conservative government... this means the battle will be extra hard:
