Your aunt is right. Surrender Dorothy! And drown your tears in a nice big bowl of rice pudding topped with suet !
the only idea I have is to accept that you're gorgeous. As far as teh c-section my mom had three of them and she's teeny-tine. Low carb diets work fairly well but leave you kind of drained IMO. You're perfect the way you are. Let it go
Sounds like you got yourself a good plan. Pilates has a 20 minute workout and there is a Taebo workout for 8 minutes. Just that 8 minutes helped me tighten some loose ends up. 30 minutes of Taebo would kill me but I'm a wimp and lazy when it comes to exercising. <----bad combo
shit, I should make you my trainer. you might get me back below a sub 4.5 40(if anybody knows what that is)
ah ah ah! a none of this "low carb" crap please. carbohydrates=monosaccharides=sugars=glucose= energy many people think that they should go on low carb diets but its really not that. carbs are in everything.. ----this is helping me study for my biology test okay now back to business---- and they come in 3 forms-1. polysaccharides (longest digestion time.. composed of um.. glucose (plant sugar) ) and are most likely found in fruits they are a polymer of carbs. 2. dissacharides (sort of long time but not as much as polys) and are composed of fructose and glucose. are simple sugars our bodies need to have. but they are absorbed right away int he blood stream and 3. monosaccarhides take the shortest time of digestion and are commonly found in cocolate bars are all that stuff. for a benefit... you want to have polysaccarides because it makes your stomache work for that it took.. i am not sure because its not mntioned in our book, but i think that also relates to the glycemic index. you want to have awesome things liek fruits and veggies because they are complex foods and are mainly poly and dis- saccharides. also note that protein really helps you keep your muscles that you'll be getting from the pilates and other exercise.. you see, all our muscle cells contain protein filaments called "myosin" and "actin" which work together to produce muscle movements. these special muscular tasks can only be complete with what mitochondria in our cells creates in respiration- ATP (adenosine tri phosphate) and here is where you go back to glucose and sugar.. ATP is made from glucose.. also known as carbs... people- if you do not give your body carbs, then it will have no energy. you need carbs. okay this has been sufficiently boring. but it has helped me study for my biology test tommorow.
