You should tell more black people that it's disgusting... maybe others will stop using it when they will.

I was sitting on a bench on campus earlier today, smoking a cigg, and a black guy came up to me and said: "Hey, my ******, got a smoke?".

Should I feel flattered that he called me a ******? Is that a sign of acceptance in their culture?

 

Its a sign of lacking intelligence. And I do tell people that in person.

 

I was commenting on BSR's post when he said "Because I think that nigga is alright in a social sense, as long as you don't use it around black people." Nigga is alright in a social sense if it is used between two black people around here.

 

How about "Slighty more pigmented people of marvelous and exciting ethnic origin"

Free speech, always. I shouldnt ever inhibit anyone in what they want to say, but in my opinion, for the culture in North America, I think it is extremely lacking in class.

I don't see how it's not the same.

It's used in practically the same social context among young people.

I think that it's awesome to see a word that used to have such a negative history to it transform into a a part of a culture. It pretty much lost its negative connotetaion among black folk... and that's all that matters.

 

Speaking of boobies, touching the black door blockers boobies always works a treat for me! A quick squeeze on the passing whether they are male or female and they start to move out the way everytime they see you coming!

 

If anyone wants to bandy those loaded words around,Internet or otherwise,I suggest they use it to address black people whenever they see them.The answer as to wether it's offensive or not will soon follow.
