I Hate Bush, And I Am Proud!

You guys call this a hippy forum? Where's the looooove? I don't hate Bush at all. What's the point?

He is an idiot and is definitely one of the worst presidents the US has had. But you have to remember that he is only trying to do good. He is not trying to hurt the US. He is not trying to suppress freedom for no reason. Of course he is doing these things but his intentions are pure if misguided.

Bush is only a symptom of the problem, folks. It's not like he's the one running things. It's also likely that little would change if somebody else took his place.

Bush is like 99.9% of all politicians. I have little respect for most all of them.

I will say that I did/do respect Clinton, but that's probably not genuine. I look at his 8 years in office and see perhaps the greatest 8 year stretch of relative peace and economic prosperity that this nation has known. At Matt points out though, it probably had very little to do with his policies and more to do with a bit of luck than anything else.

That being said, regardless of how much 'control' this president actually has, he is easily the biggest joke of a leader this nation has ever known. It's pretty pathetic that he got a single vote.

 

Man, you are making yourself look more stoopit than the man you support. I said nothing remotely close to "Bush Cheated". All I was suggesting is that a man that is so utterly unintelligent isn't worthy of a single vote. Clinton was no saint, but at least the man actually has brains.

 

I think it's funny that people get this rabidly loyal to any president, be they a chubby nympho like Clinton or a coke head with downs like Bush.

the reality is that grades are certainly not a great measure of one's intelligence. Some of the brightest minds I've ever met were C students in school. I would most definitely not include Bush in that statement if I ever met the man.

The actions and decisions one makes, especially for a president of this country qualifies George Bush as an idiot, regardless of what shit "grade" he got at a certain Ivy League institution. BTW, don't be so enamored Ivy League schools as there are a lot of bullshit in there also.

I find it funny that to this day, May 2007, people still hate Bush or [insert any other leader of any other nation] and blame him for everything when he is just a pawn and a puppet.

Hate the man, but realize there is far more behind him pulling the strings. It is almost pointless to simply dislike just him.

Regardless, I dislike the man greatly, but not just him.
