Ludacris is one of few rappers that I actually like. I tend to like crunk music and of course, I have to respect the snoop.

Ludacris, lil jon, snoop... maybe ice cube or redman. :D Cypress Hill. I listen to everything, though, but I'm pretty limited when it comes to rap or hip hop. I have friends that like Kottonmouth Kings.

Michael Franti & Spearhead or Soulive is about as hip hop as I generally get...

i've always heard of people talking about pineapple & coconut kush.
but no one's ever found it and i've always wanted to try it.
if you find some, you should most definately hit me up!

:D Oh, I shall. Pineapple and Coconut kush... as well as most kush strains shouldn't be too difficult to find, but I've either heard that stuff in Alabama is either awesome homegrown or indoor stuff or it's mexican, same way with texas, though that generally means people have some good underground homegrown going on to combat the brick and commercial goodies coming over the border.

In fact, Alabama isn't even on the high times market index for April.

i used to like him when i was in the eighth grade.
    everyone sang "what's your fantasy".
and i bought the "word of mouf" CD in 2002.
and i liked roll out and that song where the girl's like, "it's cold outside..."
    i don't know.
my best friend plays snoop dogg all the time, man.
and i have found myself that i have memorized a few of their songs.
so snoop really doesn't bother me.

    but that's about it.

oh and i like lil john and lil bosie.
i love snap yo fingers and the "everybody like, zoom, zoom, zoom"...

yeah, when i was in rehab, all they listened to was rap.
all these white people were soooo ghetto, man.
so i'm used to it now.
i've learned now to stereotype myself to strictly.

i can listen to pretty much anything now.

Yeah. :D I don't mean to stereotype or be judgmental, but sometimes you just have to laugh at how people try to brag about how ghetto they are or try to act like that.

It's like... sorry you grew up in Compton, but you're in Bakersfield, now.

Could be either way. :D It means you probably have alot of commercial stuff from mexico flooding the place and there's probably some good homegrown or dro floating around, if you know the right people.

    oh yeah, that's true.
    i am from mobile.
and i'm still in mobile, lol.

but i tend to follow my own threads.
i really don't worry about stupid shit, you know?

like fashion and today's hit music and blah blah blah.

:D Yeah, it's like.. sure you know about fashion and today's hit music... or at least enough, but I'd rather do something else with my time. It's not my groove. People create little artificial realities and fall into a groove without thinking they have any other options or choices. :D You forget to be yourself, along the way... that's the main part, isn't it?

hmm, in mobile, it's mostly the black people that live in downtown mobile, prichard, and the surrounding ghetto towns, that sell weed.
it's always really crappy pot, like schwag or a schwag-mid hybrid.

um, my best friend who is from huntsville, she just lives in mobile to go to the university of south alabama, which is where i go too, and in huntsville, she gets mainly good midgrade, really good nugget and some dro, but that's abou it.

i have bought some blunts from select "drifter dealers" on their way through mobile that were purple haze. train wreck, orange kush (that one time), and white russian.

i love white russian and orange kush.
but all that surrounds me is schwag up to dro.
so, it's a miracle if i get more potent ganj.

My family was from Edniburgh... and the border. They'd always steal goats and sheep from the English, when they came across the border. They eventually got rich and made a living solely by claiming livestock that wandered over the border... and founded a town somewhere along there, before they sailed over here.

oh yeah, you walk into a clothing store, boom, you can tell what today's boots are or today's pants or whatever are.
you walk into a record store, or music store, and you can see all the new artists/bands and all their new songs.
you turn on the radio, or in the car with someone else who is somewhat of a falling into the line kind of person and you hear the new music, big deal, right?

that chris daughtry song, "it's not over"... i want to smash the radio that plays it.
people tend to follow in the their idol's footsteps, you know?
so, they watch their celebrities quite intently and it's a sucky life, you know?
were you spend all your money on tangible things and you don't even have a hint of who you really are. bc those people are the fakest ever. and it's really sad. it's like their REAL person has died and this new media baked one is in their place. i want to SAVE them! save them from conforming to the masses.

being yourself is the most important thing... PERIOD.

Well.. it's not just conforming to the masses. I don't always like to think of it in those terms... but sometimes it's like.. helplessness and people who make up excuses because it's easier or they don't know they have any other choice. It's like staying in your car and refusing being searched. Most people don't know you can do that, especially if they're under 18... or if the vehicle or insurance is in someone's else's name.

    god, i hate being searched.
i turned green once the whole time the cops were searching my car.
bc i had lost a bag of nug that was a a little less than an eighth.
and i lost it in my car, so i looked everywhere for it and never found it.
and i couldn't remember if i had a pipe or not in my possession, lol.

but no, i didn't know that: thanks for the tip!

    i hate turning green.

They were like... farmers that eventually became pirates. There would always be feuding or war along the borders or people would let their livestock roam too far.. my family was one of the families that lived along the border and would claim livestock on the Scottish side. Eventually, they built up so much land and livestock along the border, that they had a small town going and decided to claim land and start a salt mine in the Appalachian mountains (Saltville, Virginia), after sailing to Ireland. Originally, my family was part of the Edinburgh Snowdens and a bunch of border scots-irish families... we dropped the other part of our name (thus becoming snow) and decided to flee the country and move to Virginia, join the moonshining and untaxed liquor industry that some of my family still takes part in assisting today.

that sounds like a good story line for an indie film.
if you made it, i would watch it with great intent.

I never thought of it in that way. :D Haha... I always felt that they should make a movie out of Edward Teach or Bartholomew Roberts... (story of blackbeard and black bart, etc.... dang, those were some black men)
