Up here we got this commercial wit the "Love Dog", he's this chiuaua puppet that gives ya compliments. (In a bad mexican accent) "'Chu look good today!" "Have 'chu lost weight?"
You can always buy whole dry beans and cook them but it's a lot of work what with soaking them overnight. I know how you feel, I couldn't get last Saturday off so I couldn't go to Rainbow Gathering, I always have Sundays off so I'm going to the fair tomorrow. I'll post some pictures of it and we'll see you there next year! Think positive!
I am just so glad that I live in an area where virtually everything is available in the organic variety. Even all of my spices are organic I hope you have lots of fun Newo! Definitely post the pictures. I have never actually been to the fair (sad I know since I grew up in Oregon) but one day I will make it up there.
