not to be rude, but almsot all of us have been 17. weve all dealt with anger issues. some of us (hell, id wager a very good chunk of us misfits) have dealt with depression-based anger to boot. if your school hash a free counsellor, this may be the time to cnosult them. i mean, how often do you get free mental health services later in life?

you are stressing yourself out though. you are building this up bigger than it is. you are focusing on the worst so much that it has become all you can see, youve let it overwhelm you. take a breath. take a few more. step back. remember what you lov ein your life. shed the useless 'friends' and find some people who you feel are worth your time, and you worth theirs. find a post-secondary youre intrested in - student loans will help for a while at least if you cant currently afford edumication. you have doors open, youre just shutting them onyourself before you can even see out

If you choose to see it that way no one can stop you. But you're not the first or only dude to feel these kind of pressures and get fed up about life. The world is and always has been a fucked up place. Fortunately it's also a beautiful and fantastic place, and you're the ONLY person that can decide which to focus on.

Are you going to rise above the shit around you, or are you just going to get pissed? Getting pissed isn't going to change anything, it's only going to make you pissed, so wtf is the point?

why?! because for the vast majority of humanity, being a teenager is dogshit. and, i think, for the ones who make it look easy, that's it's all an act. i really believe it. but no, you really want to wallow in the shit like your shit is unique. it's not. hate to steal that from you, but it's a basic fact. most of us had a completely miserable teenaged life, fraught with pain, loneliness, anger, rage, depression, etc. bein a teenager ain't for the week. but if it makes you feel better to feel special, i have a pig wallow full of hell in my back yard.

 

I didn't say it's ugly and you have no real reason to be ashamed. Respect in its truest form- both from yourself and from others- comes from self confidence regardless of what you have and haven't done. Who are you trying to impress by not being a virgin? People, both male and female will admire you a hell of a lot more if you didn't care about rushing things for the benefit of people who have absolutely no concern in your life and nothing at stake in its outcome. You're looking to mortgage a facet of your own innocence to impress someone who is otherwise going to judge you so unfairly? You sure as hell don't owe it to anyone to not be a virgin and my best advice to you is if at your age, you're confronted by a girl who won't respect you unless you're not a virgin- RUN. You don't need that kind of "respect".

 

Girls don't really like bad guys, they just like guys who'll take control. Most people are clueless about what they want. Jerks aren't a lot, so young girls get confuesed.

My advice is to find another girl, and carpe babe.

You are worrying too much over something so trivial. Take it from one who knows. Sex is all fine and well but unless you are sharing it with someone you love, it is pretty much useless. I can safely say that I have had alot of ''wasted sex'' in my life. I have only truly enjoyed one girl and in that case, we never even had physical sex, only phone. But our connection was so strong, and our feelings for each other were so deep that it felt so real, and so amazing.

I have thrown myself into physical relationships that were a waste of my time and energy, and the sex was miserable at best. What do you hope to accomplish exactly? You say you want to love and be loved. You won't satisfy that urge by jumping into bed with any random girl, trust me, been there.

It is worth the wait. And you should know that your life is only beginning, there is so much to live for and you have seen so little of what life has to offer. Seize the day.

And on another note, why are you convinced that working when you become an adult is such a miserable existance?? For me it's the only way to go. In fact, my work is the most important thing in the world to me these days, and I truly love my job and my life. You don't have to be rich to enjoy life, just find something that you love and put all your energy into that. That is what college os really for after all.

Yup, I've heard that alot, that girls like guys in control. But I know that girls like jerks/idiots, it's a fact. Maybe not all of them but lots of them ya. I don't know why but what you wrote made me smile, seriously. Well the work thing, maybe it's because as I see it only miserable, I see people working full time, growing old, having no fun in life. That just makes me sad and I don't want to become like them. I know where you're coming from Techno, I really do. I have been there myself, and it sucks. I know that telling you it will get better won't really help right now because it is something that just comes with time. You probably wont believe it until it happens, just know that once it does, I hope that you do find happiness. You seem like an alright person, I can tell you are sensitive, and I hope you don't take that badly. I think it is a good thing, it shows that you are human.

I can tell you, even if you do feel all alone right now, there are alot of people out there that care about you.
