That sums it up
The TS is not insane, he may have taken too many doses then he was ready for
maybe not
If he is satisfied with his life and it seems he is; so be it
As he says it helped boost his ego, helped him quit smoking

I believe one can be dubbed insane; according to the average person's idea of the status of insane, but that is arguable like always
