the only walgreen that i go to are downtown...the cvs i go to is in my neighborhood. being that the walgreens is downtown, its fair to say its not all great upkeeping inside, like the cvs is hahaha

Go and preach to your peers instead of preaching to a business that's trying to survive. Remember, Wallgreens may be a chain corporation, but the owner, manager, and the staff are all local... and they are being hurt by the stealing.

 

Don't sit in the doorway, but if it were me I would not participate in that lining up bullshit. If I needed to buy something I would walk right in like everyone else does. If they try to kick you out based on your age, sue them. My main question is do you have a lawyer?

I really don't think they could charge you with anything criminally, maybe trespassing, but it would probably have to end up in civil court to get anything accomplished.

 

You're missing the principle matter, that corporation has enacted a policy that discriminates against people based on their age. Thats ageism.

I realize that similar shit to this and way worse happens all the time, and its a private business. But growing up I had to deal with stuff like that all the time since I was a skateboarder, and its fucking bullshit.
