There's nothing wrong with it. As a society we look down on it but that's only because it could cause problems for a potential child. If that's not happening, then I don't think it's a bad thing.

Penny, your experience is quite common, actually. In fact, even sex between cousins is common (and I don't mean in Arkansas or other parts of the South). What happened to you at age 15 happens to a lot of girls, at least from a lot of the posts I've read at other Web sites. I've read posts from girls who said their uncles or male cousins and even older brothers were hot and they were so attracted to them that they had some type of sexual experience with them and even enjoyed it. In fact, I have one female cousin who's 18 years younger than me and has a such a killer body that I would definitely have sex with her if that opportunity ever arose. Besides, you were only 15 and at that age, girls are very impressionable and like boys, their hormones are in full force for the first time, so they're much more prone to getting sexually or emotionally carried away.

It would be judgmental for anyone to say whether your cousin should feel guilty about what happened. As long as you both enjoyed it and there were no negative consequences from it, there's no need to feel guilty about what happened. Given how attractive your are from your photos, it was probably too hard for him to resist (though you don't say who intiated it). I've seen a lot of 15 and 16 year old girls who are very sexy and if one of them ever came on to me, I don't think I could resist either, even though I know I could risk going to jail.

It's understandable that he carressed your face. Given how beautiful you look in your photos, you beauty was probably just budding at age 15, and you must've looked so sweet and lovely lying there, and since he's so much older, it probably brought out a bit of the loving male protector in him. So he probably couldn't resist kissing and making out with you. No doubt it also felt good to him to hold you as you both feel asleep.
