I can see the point of both sides of the argument. Its a little unwise to intervene and risk your own life against two obviously dangerous people. Personally, I would do something about it, if not calling from my window and threatening them first. My guilt and my sense of justice generally outweigh my wussiness and my sense of self preservation.
Good ol' white boys messin' all kinds of shit up. Yeah, calling the cops usually solves nothing to begin with. They file some sort of report, and never find the perpetrators. I'd rather skip the bureaucracy. Just like you, I don't expect anyone to call the cops on me if someone is beating me up, so I also stay out of shit.
I guarantee you, 95 out of 100 times, going outside with your cellphone dialing 911 and yelling that your calling the cops, will chase off hooligans. The other 5% of the time, you should either back it up or head back inside and lock the doors.
Yeah, see, I kinda like your approach. Seems safer to me. Or yelling out the window. Anonymously saving people FTW.
If they're not shooting homeboy they're beating, they're not going to shoot you. Worst case scenario, you broke up a gang fight over weed and the good gang was gaining ground. The bad gang leaders won and sells your sister into slavery.
these 3 knew each other which is the real reason why i didn't go out the guy who got beat had his shirt torn off, and when the fight ended, one of the 2 guys picked it up and threw it to him
Eh, if they're friends I wouldn't really bother either. I have a friend who always picks a fist fight with the same guy every time he sees him out. I think the two of them are destined for marriage.
