They are still inforcing a law that makes no sense. Cops keep the peace and help people, but they arn't helping anyone when they are bringing people in for a little weed. I would much rather have a cop keeping the streets safe then having him waist time arresting someone for marijauna.

 

Yes, as they are enforcing a law that may be unjust, it's still their job to enforce it...they still need to make money to feed their families just as you will when you have a family or are at least living on your own...so regardless, they need to enforce the law, sure they can let you slip up now and then, but either way, they don't make the law but it is their job to enforce it...

I mean, if you worked at a McDonalds for your first job, you know that the fries all full of grease and are horrible for everyone, but you still ask if they want them...because it's your job and if you don't comply, then get another job...which sometimes, isn't always an option.

 

If you went fishing, planning to catch a fish, and you caught an old boot, would you throw it away and cast your line out again? Or would you be content with the boot and head home? You can't eat the boot. You can't wear just one boot. No one will buy an old boot you found in a lake. By bringing the boot home with you, You have accomplished nothing. You also waisted a day where you could have caught "The Big One".

 

They chose to be babylon's minions. I assure you it's not just an issue of them 'doing their job.' I'm sure that the cop who seized my car and all of my possessions who's not returning my or my lawyer's calls is just 'doing his job.'

The analogy doesn't fit too well. A sixteen year old kid doesn't have much of a choice where to work. Adults have thousands of choices.

That's not to say that nobody should choose to be an officer of the law, we still need them. But you got to have some morals, and my morals would prohibit me from enforcing illogical laws.

 

i dont know if anyone posted this cuz im not gona read all the posts but cop cars also have cameras in them that would have seen the plate and they would have taken all the vehicles information down before they even pulled you over, you full of shit dumbass 14 year old and if i was in the cops situation i would have chased yall and beat yall like they beat rodney king when they pulled him over for being such immature young pieces of shit, this story is nothing but a lie

anyway, cops are not pigs they are much needed in society. maybe they do uphold illogical laws but everyone is entitled to their opinion, and you know it is illegal, illogical or not and you still do it so thats the risk u take if ur gonna take it assume resposibilities or move to canada

Time spent enforcing illogical laws is time spent not inforcing laws that make sense. My little fishing analogy thingie about 7 posts above this was supposed to highlight that.

so i submit to you the idea that not all police who arrest you for weed are pigs many belive that weed is more cancer causeing than cigarettes this is bullshit of course but some belive it others think that it impars you ability to drive and think by throwing you in the can will make roads safer.

I can say from experience that weed makes me lose balance, and I think I'm moving, so, even though it doesn't effect you in that way, in some people, it isn't safe for them to drive.

 

Impossible to run from cops?
Holy fuck, I cant even count how many times my friends and I have run from cops growing up.
We started out running from them on foot from our favorite skate spots, then in cars when we got a little older and started going to all the hotspots to streetrace for some cash.
I am older now and realize how foolish it is to run, but it definitely can be done. Although I wouldnt recommend trying, or getting yourself into a situation where you are faced with that decision.

 

Cops can beat the daylights out of you and get off scott-free.

They can always say you attacked them.
