Yeah, they do take it over again in Virginia. Depends on what state you live in. My mom takes care of a guy who is 77. He kept failing the test and got it after taking it 10 or 11 times... eventually memorized it. I didn't study or anything and got it on my first.

 

I finally got my Ohio State license yesterday but i barely passed the written test.
point is i'm a kickass driver...but i tend to scare chuck a bit with my driving

worst drivers i've found.... Paris and Warsaw... shit they are all crazy there... worst town to drive in though has to go to Montpelier - France... once youre in theres no signposts out and everyone is confused as fuck....

 

parisians are atrocious

 

sure are.... they have to be the only drivers who can turn a single lane roundabout into a 3 lane free for all....

 

That's pretty surprising with you living off I-95, but anyway New Jersey drivers are a hell of alot shitier than PA ones (atleast round here)
