I just love how people on here assume I am a spoiled bitch and a horrible wife and all these other things. It's hillarious to me. No one ever thinks 'oh you get A,B and C because you work too' or 'Oh man she must put a lot of time and energy into things and that's why she gets a lot in return'. Nope, it's just always that I'm bragging and spoiled etc. LOVE IT! I started taking it as a compliment actually. people spending so much time and energy going and looking at my Etsy site, only to come on here and talk shit about me (yeah that's right, I have Google Analytics-I can see who looks at my site and how often. One person on here has looked at my site upwards of 15 times a day and then comes on ehre to talk shit about it). People are just so obsessed. It's crazy.
Since John bought my car.... he picked. He let me choose though out of a few which ones I liked. We got a Saturn Vue 2007.... it is way easy to get the baby in and out and I love the way it drives!
I do not drive , and have never planned to drive our car when we went car shopping. It was my husbands choice , because of that and him being more knowledgeable about the subject in general- BUT, I DID have a big influence. I had concerns that his choice had to meet. safety issues mostly, our last car (a vw jetta) was too fast, but a freaking bubble of a safe car.- and not very reliable damn thing always had a problem, a pricey little problem after another. We needed a car that would be as safe, airbags-carseat Latch, one with enough room for a carseat and a large dog in the backseat, and reliable. Yes, it s mostly his car, but as a regular passenger in it, and a mother putting her child in as a regular passenger my concerns need to be taken into consideration. However, that is a bit different than worrying about the look of a car. When we decided what sort of car we wanted and needed, we scoured every car dealership in the state for a good deal. When we found just what we wanted in excellent used condition with warrenty(a prius)....it was white, and rather hidioues, neither of us would have chosen it for its looks.
We only have one car, and my main concern is that it runs well. Looks come second and aren't really important to me.
I dont feel any need to divorce my wife. I love her very much and she makes me very happy. She is an awesome wife and doggy mommy. And so you people keeping track know, the car I was thinking about is a Dodge Charger.
Your wife or your charger? I don't like them at all, but if they're safe, then it's his car and his choice. I just still wish I could pick all the cars ): lol
That's cool, so you have the car to go do things with the kiddos in the summer? Andy wants to knwo what part of Canada you grew up in?
I think i would be a lot less picky if I did less driving. I drove over 100 miles for work today and this is when I am working part-time. Full-time it was sometimes over 200 miles a day. I felt like I was spending so much time in my car I needed soomething bigger and comfy. Andy will only be driving his car 6 months our of the year-at the most for the next 4 years since he'll be on a boat the rest of the time. I was hoping he would pick a car I love because I am so going to be snagging the new car when he's gone. Andy's mom has always gotten teh new car and his dad the hand me downs. i told him how messed up I thought that was, but now that it's happening I want to channel my mother-in-law and get the new car everytime . I love my in-laws, but I have a sneaking suspiciont hat in private my MIL has my FIL by the balls.
