You can sit back and relax and cruise the highway and take in America on a bike like that, it looks all nice and fancy but it can't compare to the power or quality packed into a Harley. Those bikes are for whizzing from point A to point B in a very uncomfortable and unimpressive manner, because they're all loud as fuck, but Jap bikes just make that whizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz sound as you hear them coming, Harleys demand respect when you hear them.
im with ya on this one purp..........not a big fan of harley's either, some look good but that's it. I rode an 98-99 busa that had been ridden to the limit one too many times but still was stupid fucking fast nonetheless..........too fackin big IMO.........im more into 600's maybe 750. But there is a reason why i don't own one......id get into too much trouble and probably kill myself........don't mind riding friends bikes but i just can't allow myself to own one. back to the topic tho, if you want to check out a wide range of bikes for fair prices danscompetition.com is a good place...........i rode bmx for 7+ years when i was younger........wish i didn't get out of it......was fun as hell and kept ya in pretty good shape.
Well, when you're done playing with your man and/or his bike and decide to go straight, try out a ninja bike - bet you wouldn't be able to redline that without pissing your panties. (I know there are Harleys that are fast, and there is one model [Night Rod Special] that I absolutely love - but generally speaking, I despise Harleys) Just saying - to say a ninja bike isn't a bike? Well...a Honda CBR could blow most of your hogs off the map.
I'll take Japanese product over American in most situations. Cars, cameras and electronics for sure. GM makes some supremely shitty cars (I drive an alero, and there are so many fuckups). I'd take a honda or toyota over a GM, ford or chrysler.
Damn fucking straight. When you hear a loud ass Harley your thinking "Oh damn that things gonna kick my ass!" But when you hear one of those little Jap bikes you watch the guy on it and hope he tries to do a wheelie and fall off.
Exactly - lol I am not going to own a hayabusa anytime soon - they are beastly motherfuckers and I can't handle it. I was looking at old Honda CBR600s a while back, but even those would kill me in an instant. I was on that site lookin at some bikes. I'm probably gonna scope out some bike shops around town and see their selection. I haven't ridden in a looonnnggg ass time and the bike I was lookin at has a small TT. I just need to get a feel of what size I need.
I realized that you guys in Canada want to be like us Americans and all, but you don't need to suck the dick of our automobile industry. I guess I can understand your frustration though - a Ford is like a fuckin Cadillac when compared to Fiat and Citroen (I really don't know if you guys have a lot of Fiat/Citroen, but I know those are popular in the northern states lol) Harleys aren't the only bikes that are loud, by the way. I'd much rather get an old Suzuki or Kawasaki bike and rat it to hell. A ratted out 750cc Kaw will command just as much, if not more, respect than a shiny little puss of a Harley
Well then it all comes down to this. What was Evel Knievel famous for riding? That's right. Discussion over.
Evel Knievel was one dumb mother fucker. Dumb + Motorcycles = Death or EXTREME injury if you're lucky.
Are you the type that stares guys down at the urinal? And no - I can just identify quality when I see it.
hahha someone is misinformed. I really want to get thrown in jail for smoking joints in the street, piss tested at work, have to carry a gun around because I'm scared of someone else will shoot me with their gun. The US seems further and further away when I hear about all the shit some of you have to deal with that I don't even think or worry about.
sarcasm really doesn't pass well through text bud. And if you want to talk primitive how about the imperial system?
lol, i thought it was obvious enough, no need to get defensive yo. i know how your country is the shit and all ahaha
pfft, you guys are just too lazy to not be able to use a system that doesn't only use intervals of tens. I would rather be 6ft 1in any day vs 185cm
