yeah, no shit. it's a great car, and gets 35 mpg regularly. on our trip from va to cali, i was averaging 40 mpg.

Do you remember that ice storm in va in hmmm, maybe around 94? It snowed a couple feet, then iced a solid 3 or 4 inches over the snow. The trees looked really amazing I remember. And we missed so much school they made us go later into the summer.

People were ice skating all over the fucking place. It was ridiculous. I remember seeing one kid going down the sidewalk really fast, then hitting a driveway someone had shoveled, and faceplanting on the sidewalk.

 

i wasn't in va in 94. the only one i remember was the one in january that hit the burg. it wasn't a terrible one, cause it got warmer and melted pretty quickly.

Yeah that is usually what happens. This was just some kind of freak arctic deep freeze or something.

You get a lot more snow in harrisonburg in those mountains, I am like 10 min from dc so I have the city heat. Either way I am not looking forward to winter.
