I don't understand the psychology of the term 'scapegoat personality' we are talking about here. Does that mean the subject is altruistic? Please define.
You almost made me wet myself. I just imagined that cat with what I imagine to be Penny's accent telling me about how she was going to tax me. Sorry Pen, I'm really not laughing at you, I think. I'm just laughing.
I'm moving along in my increasingly intensive study in the school of life. I watch, I filter old experiences through new knowledge these days and in general find that almost without exception adults have no problems that they didn't in one way or another bring on themselves. Had I spent more time when I was younger listening instead of trying to convince everyone around me -including myself- how smart I was things would be easier today for me. This is a general way I've brought on most of my issues today. People don't make you a scapegoat without some expectation of payback. There's something in it for them. Do you try to be the stand up guy in a dysfunctional work environment? Are there lazy co-workers sloughing their responsibilities onto anyone with a shred of work ethic? Does management excessively employ finger pointing as a means of problem solving? Perhaps you've put yourself in a work environment that fosters this kind of role. People will take what you give them. If you take on a co-worker's responsibility as a one time favor, expect to be pulling their weight permanently. The modern workplace has little to do with team work. I'd keep the skepticism to myself and work on developing a thick skin. A fresh start may not be a bad idea. Make sure your resume is up to date.
lol but they ARE peasants!!!! OK fine they're not. I'm just bitter with them.. you know.. the French neighbors.
lol jeez.. I'm not snob and I don't mean they're peasants like.. actual peasants.. I don't know it just means, it's the way I call people like them, what you'd call white-trash in America. But I'm just so bitter with them for so many reasons.. and in this case.. how they treated my little sis. It was not right. You'd have witnessed it, you'd aggree, she really was the scapegoat.
Don't worry Pen, it was all on good fun. I do love though the different expressions for white trash...peasants in absolutely wonderful.
