I'm probebly in the best shape of my life right now. Working like a mexican for 8 hours a day does a lot of good for your physic... I actually have a 6 pack... I don't know what I'll do with it... but hey... it's there.
alright pavel you can be our cabana boy, and stare at the waves stinkfoot you have great potential to be a cabana boy
I am proud... until I'll loose them when I get to college. Ya see, I need someone (someone being a nice girl) to tell me they look good for me to maintain them... I personally couldn't give a shit about abs. Alrighty, I'll be the cabana boy as long as it doesn't involve anything more than staring at the waves and pleasing that booty
They are over rated. It's a basic and inexact way of estimating percentage of body fat. I'm making the educated guess that yours is quite low... I'm a fitness fanatic and general health nut and while I'd certainly like a nice six pack it's not necessary... I do have one though it's not anything special. Some women like 'em and some couldn't care less... depends on the person I guess.
True... fitness has never been my thing because I have no body fat whatsoever and the metabolism of insanity. I shit 5 times a day, and gain a pound every 5 years. I might be a tad skinny, but I'm rather healthy.
i can never get abs no matter how hard i try..i'm squishy ..i couldn't really care about it... abs look great on some people and i certainly admire people that can get them, stinkfoot yours are killer
I try... Being in shape keeps me young... literally. Most people miss guessing my age by between five and ten years. Pavel- your metabolism will almost certainly slow down as you get a little older. If fitness becomes a priority there are numerous suorces of information for you and if I have contact with you I'll be more than happy to help and encourage you. Many people have other priorities and that's cool too.
Squishy is sexy! I would actually like to start working out... I have a lot of free time, and it would be good for me. I need some excercise for my back, stomach, and neck to make em stronger because I have some neck problems.
Working out is a good habit to get into. The back is a good place to start... as well as the legs. I do not include any neck exercises in my routine but I do some abs on leg day. I do what works for me... the best program is the one you can stick with and not become completely bored with. My fitness regimen is not for everyone.
If I can pass 6 hours at work carrying large metal tables from place to place all day, then I can do any fitness exercise without getting bored. All I need is some Velvet Underground in the background, and I'm set
I work out to Pantera and Iron Maiden. If weightlifting is your thing then you might look into acquiring your own equipment- although weights are rather cumbersome if you favor a nomadic lifestyle.
 not really lately i've been lazy and i smoke and drink..i need to get more in shape..i love to work out but i need to work out in a gym otherwise i just turn on the tv
Hell- I have a TV in my weight room... it's usually on during my lifts... although it was off for today's workout- I piped music from my computer through my stereo and lifted to metal with the boob tube off.
i perfer music, cause it pumps me up with tv, i'm watching either something educational and i have to pay attention or i'm watching something mindless just to veg
Haha, heavy metal is great workout music I guess I could put in my 6 year old copy of "Best of the Beast" when I work out I have no weights or weight room... I'm gonna have to stick to strictly body exercises!
