none of the ones you listed are really that hot. well... christina can be, but she's too damn skinny. personally i find hollywood stereotypes of sexy to be disgusting. give me a woman with some roundness, who likes herself and carries herself well, now that's HOT!
I have the same issue as you, if I get a compliment it's usually 'quite cute'. I also look 14, handy if I want a half fare on the train (bought a child's ticket on sunday and wasn't looked at twice), but not so much if I want to go in a club or pick up boys, urgh it's quite irritating now I look at it.
i get the cute thing. its a compliment to be able to go to the doctor and have them ask you if your parent or guardian is with you. lol. kinda. as you can see, im 28. but just like alot of ppl have already put in your thread, embrace the person you are. and love the way you look. if you want to make some changes.. then maybe some new clothes or a new hairstyle to make you feel better or more confident about yourself.
Yeah there are loads of younger-looking people out there. I just find it surprising so many people have such fixed perceptions of what each age should look like, really. It varies so much and im not sure i really know anyone who "looks their age", because what does that even mean? The vast majority of people think i look younger than my years, but then there are loads of women out there who look like me or even younger for their age. I try not to make age assumptions like most do, ive seen how it can vary, you look like one beautiful woman and thats what matters
ok, so from a guys point of view, im telling u, there is apsolutly NOTHING wrong with "cute" and i do get what u mean when u talk about the whole maturity thing! but for really, cute is great, and honestly, if i had to choose between a "hot" girl or a "cute" girl, i'd go with the latter!
i get called cute too, coz i have a bit of a baby face, i find the best way to counter it, is to swear like a trooper and be obnoxious at all times....they soon realise you aint that cute.
Bunny, you face is adorable and there isn't anything you could or should do to change it. If you want people to see you as more mature (or whatever) you can try starting with the way you dress and carry yourself. Sad to say, but clothes really do help or hurt the image. Find a look that you like, and work it. Own your look, it will make you seem confident, and serious about what you are doing. I know when I am nervous a kick ass look really makes me feel better. Good luck!
coulda wrote this. I have never been called "cute". I am jealous of my freinds who are cute... hell,my mother is headed for her 60s and still called CUTE- and NO one ever believes how old she is,and many find her attractive. All I can say is consider it a blessing.
