Only if they know him of enough to do so????? ;)

    What a stupid question.

I know of only females who would aim for someones jewels if there is no other option.

Question......when should a woman aim for the jewels?

    Only option?

    No clue.

If YOU kick someone that way.......it better be for a good reason.

Equates with a rape or violence in my eyes as to kick a man that way it best be for the best of reasons or it should not happen.

Yup, so then you are charged with assault and the what use are you to that child.

Called using the system and frankly really looking after that child.

If you are in jail for assault you really think that is going to help the child let alone them seeing it and dealing with it?

Gut instinct is just that and it lays charges against the one who should not be charged, usually.........right does not mean in a court of law it stands.

Instead call in the authorities and protect that child for good......not for the present which is what temper rarely does.

Called level head and legal action.

You may wish to kill the bastard......but reality it will go against not only you in court but the child.

A level mind with a thought is worth a child.

Time to not think like a child with revenge but instead protect a child as an adult who knows the law.

I don't agree with child abuse.

I love martial arts, but I don't really see violenece as a means to resolve conflict. Certainly not in disciplining children. And if I saw someone strike my kid in front of me, they should be prepared to have my knee in their throat in a few seconds.

and actually Heat there would be a very strong case in favour of self defense for herself and the child, she could go to court (if it got that far) and say that she had to take drastic action over wise she didn't know what else he may do next

Hell I was that level headed when I was attacked. Some day I may share that story but it is probably not likely.

If you loose site of the person and instead just let your own emotions go, then you are playing a legal game......my best friend ended up doing that. It took me dropping the charges to allow to not be charged.

Sad world all around but if you loose site of those you want to protect........they win. Sad but true.

No disrespect meant......love and light, I do understand, but until a choise has been taken away from you on a personal level then it is hard to understand the wish the people around you had not of done what law requires for a person to charge someone else, be it a child or an adult.

In my case it was an adult and I was also........but it limits choices as how do you choose between a person who did it and protect the person who really did try to help you.

    Love and light.

I make no judgements but I also look at the original poster. I really do not take into account if someone disagrees with you or me, as this is thoughts, not fact.

Do we not also make judgements?........maybe on what we are not comfortable with. That be life. What we have not lived with or been through or done.........

Why I will only share what I think I want to........but also why the responses are what they are.

It has nothing to do with I don't agree that human nature is to react........reality is reacting limits the person who is viotated rights as then charges that should be laid can not be.

No issue with you..........just how it is.

this is the bit I took issue with, you seemed to be saying that we didn't know what we where talking about because we had never been there, correct me if I'm wrong in this assumption, I made of this comment, but if I am right, you can't make a judgement like that because you don't know what everyone has gone through on here

Okay...lets take it that it is child, left in your care and someone shows up and you choose to physically battle with them in front of that child and the person, even if they should not in anyone's right mind get that child has a right to that child........what does that child think and feel?

You are right, I do not know what everyone on here has gone through........but a kick in the balls......An assault is going to make it ok for that child, not likely. Instead you have thought that child should not only view that threat equals physical confrontation rather than law. Safe for that child. NO.

Call the police.....otherwise you choose to continue the cycle of violence, you are not better than the person who was going to use that to intimidate that child to start with.

You can not meet violence with violence and ever hope to win. It would be nice if only a kick in the balls worked but it does not, as then it is assault and what happens to that person who originally was in jeopardy when you are charged and it is more likely to stick than the charge against the child in the first place.

Knights in white armour only are real, if they follow the law and do not break it.

if someones got in someones home you may have to resort to physical violence in order to protect your child.
that person could do all manner of things to the child in the time it takes you to run for the phone.
your making this into a black and white arguement and I don't think thats the case.

Ok....we then shall agree to disagree maybe.

If an adult looses judgment.....then it is a free for all.

    Love and light to you.

    I will agree to disagree.
