    ok, let's hear this apology. then, if we can somehow assemble an island council (as we have yet to establish any sort of real governing body) we will discuss and get back to you. meanwhile, stay safe on your island.

    Hey, I don't know if anyone has pointed this out yet (I might have, I don't know, I have the memory of a goldfish on some serious drugs), but if Hipforums were a deserted island, and we were all there, then it wouldn't really be deserted now, would it?

    All of us sitting in a circle doing our thing, guy with the name 'bigpenis4U' comes out of some bushes;

    "Hey, so like, I was wondering, what is the average size of a dick? Guys can you show me yours, and girls do you like to play with dicks?"

    if I were talking about only the sex starved and our resident gladiators, sure. And they'd have to be hiding, also.

    Island Declaration of Indifference-

    1) The inhabitants of the island have the right to say, write, and read whatever they want. Others' right to verbal opposition comes along with this right

    2) The inhabitants have the right to any form of faith, religion, or spiritual practice, but are subject to consequences when they try to force it upon others. Likewise one is subject to consequences when they try to stop anyone from practicing any of the above mentioned things.

    3) Inhabitants have the right to eat, use, and ingest any substance as long as they are not hurting others, or hurting themselves in public for others to see. To stop one from using any substance by whatever means is an act subject to consequential action.

    4) Inhabitants have the right to be nude wherever they like. With this, acts of a sexual nature may be engaged in as long as the people involved are in no way hurting others or hurting themselves for others to see. Naturally 'hurt' is a variable term, however acts in which one expresses distaste, draws blood, or causes one any physical wounds, shall be considered an act that causes hurt. Those causing the hurt in such acts are subject to consequential action.

    5) Inhabitants have the right to peaceful protest. The includes speaking out, gestures, and marches. However it does not include throwing anything, or any physical contact.

    6) All inhabitants, of any race, colour, creed and/or sexual orientation have the right to engage in any sort or ceremony, such as marriage, in public as long as it does not contain an act of violence.

    7) Inhabitants have the right to grow, create, or make any substance as long as no one is hurt, not including the person doing the act, and it does not cause any significant damage to the environment.

    8) Inhabitants have the right to personal space which, location permitting, constitutes up to 3 meters distance in every direction. Offenders of this right may be subject to consequential action.

    9) Inhabitants have the right to govern themselves as long as it hurts no one, does not hurt themselves in public for others to see, does not significantly harm the environment, and abides by the Island Declaration of Indifference.

    10) Inhabitants have the right to refuse help in any situation in which danger or death could be an outcome. This includes suicide, resuscitation, blood transfer, fire, drowning, and significant injury. Anyone who helps another against the person's will can be subject to consequential action.

    "Consequential action" has been used as a vague term. The consequence of committing any of the above offences shall be determined in part by those who have been offended by the action and can involve being banished from the island or being fed to sharks while the inhabitants watch.

    11) All in inhabitants have the right to kill fellow inhabitants who write silly long lists of rules and regulations, claiming it was 'consequential action'.

    It's basically just a list of "do whatever you want and don't hurt anybody in the process."
