there are a lot of intelligent weed smokers, who would hopefully be able to create a proper democratic government.

no real reason why it wouldnt be as successful as canada or the USA if we all kept the mentality that its a contry where weed is not frowned upon, yet still regulated (ie: no being high at certain jobs or certain times/places where potentailly innapropriate)

just look at much of ontario or vancouver, where there are large amounts of pot smokers, and the citys are still intact.
