Nobody mentioned weed. Seems i always have a bottle of medical marijuana in there snd and a pipe and a lighter.
I try not to drive with weed in the car after my DUI conviction, but I still do sometimes. Only small amounts, though. I am sure there is at least a dime's worth of weed scattered throughout the front seats. It needs a good vacuuming.
Understandable. You just never know when you can get pulled over. I should be more careful with it. I only made this thread cause my car was a mess, i had McDonald's coffee cups, weed bottles, banana peel, apple core, empty Gatorade bottles.
Thats great, as long as you dont have to travel over 5 miles. I remember a time not to long ago when i was carless, lots and lots of walking, waiting and riding the bus and trolley. It is ok, but it takes so much longer, of course more reading and listening to music though and meeting slightly strange people on the bus.
A tool tray (as you would find in the top of a large lift-out type box, with a place for sockets along the side) containing my impact sockets, breaker bars, phillips no. 2, flathead, and a spare shirt. It's got a really excellently low center of gravity and, with the addition of a rubberized bottom, will stay put anywhere I like, in any driving situation I like, is really simple to grab, and is really simple to get tools out of. I got tired of having a well stocked toolbox of delicate easily losable tools, that either had to sit under my seat so I couldn't move it, or flip (and a flipped toolbox is no joke - have fun sorting out hundreds of tools and getting a feel for where they are, before you can be useful again) every time I executed a reasonably fun maneuver. Then when I was at home and needed all the special stuff, I'd have to go dig it out of the car. You have stupid plastic self-destructing panel clips in the way? No problem, I'll just grab my handy-dandy 3/4ths drive breaker.... I also have the legally required documents in my visor; sunglasses, various keys, a few paper towels, and a knife in my door; and a few pairs of rubber gloves, some more paper towels, and about 5 CDs in my glove box. My center console contains a small lake of coffee, a phone charger, and a dial-type tire gauge, though in separate compartments that protect each from the other. There's some grocery type crap, but everything not specifically needed and properly stowed is removed before every trip beyond the neighborhood, as of late. It'll be ship-shape in a few hours.
About 150 CDs They are everywhere on the passenger seat both door storage areas glovebox under dashboard shelf five in the CD rack (thats all it holds ) Problem is whatever I am in the mood for listening is always in the house our Dan has his stuff all on his phone and Bluetooths Them to his car stereo but I am old fashioned
A car service book, about 10 CDs, vomit bags, a flat GPS, a phone charger, maybe 80 cents. That's about it.
Small tool box Box with bottles of anti-freeze, water, oil, jump leads, bungees, duct tape and assorted car bits Sleeping bag, space blankets, waterproof poncho, luminous waistcoat Maps Wind up torch
Why would I mention weed being in my car when I don't have any in the house or anywhere else on my property? Why is any of this your business anyways?
Just cleaned mine out yesterday...besides a bag of trash (papers etc) I have an First aid kit, two flairs, a leatherman tool, space blanket, and several road rage toys.
I ought to get one any carry it with my other car stuff. I also carry a bottle of hand cleaning gel which can prove useful if you get oil on your hands.
if you went in my car right now, please don't flush while standing in the driveway. if you were to enter a car of mine right now, you would be in some other parallel universe doing so. because i sure don't have any in this one.
Good idea, I should probably have some of those in my car. Come to think of it, I have most of them, in a kit designed for exactly that sort of thing - the problem is that I like either nothing, or the perfect things, and they have to be stowed just right, and fit like it's a million dollar yacht. I should at least put my jumper cables back, they stow nicely, just had them out for jumpin' stuff.
